H. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
1️⃣ Informal Resolution
Users must first attempt amicable resolution by written notice to S3 Skate India Pvt. Ltd.
2️⃣ Arbitration
If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration will take place in Pune, Maharashtra, in English, by a sole arbitrator appointed by S3 Skate India Pvt. Ltd.
3️⃣ Exclusive Jurisdiction
If arbitration fails, courts of Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
